About Foundation
Lend Lease is passionate about employee development, offering a wide range of leading edge programmes and activities - all designed to develop and inspire its people. Many of these programmes are developed and delivered by ‘Foundation’.
Foundation is an employee focused business unit within Lend Lease, managed by employees, for the benefit of all employees, their families and the communities in which we operate.
Foundation programmes inspire Lend Lease people to be the best they can be, and are available to all its employees.
Foundation was established in 1983 by Lend Lease founder Dick Dusseldorp, in support of Lend Lease’s commitment to developing its valued employees. Its purpose has always been to attract and retain talented employees and differentiate Lend Lease from its peers. Foundation has also been integral in spreading the Lend Lease culture and values globally, as the company has expanded over the years.
